Episode 18 - USC vs CAL at LA Memorial Coliseum

Lots of Tailgaters

And by Tailgate, I mean RV's worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

At the same time as the USC game was getting started, the Major League Soccer Cup was ending.

The exterior ring just outside United Airlines Field.

First view of the field as seen from the east end of the stadium.

East end of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum

Special Buffet for special guests only.

View from my seat way up in the nosebleed section.

All the players would run out of the tunnel and head straight for the end zone to kneel in prayer.

As stated on the podcast, most of the upper areas of the stadium were half or completely empty even though the seat selection map on USC's website indicated most of the stadium was full.

USC Cheerleaders.

Goodyear Blimp making an appearance.

CAL calls for a "Time Out".

Food selection and prices at one of the venues inside the coliseum

Lots of third party food options. My advice is only eat at reputable establishments that are licensed by the Health Department.
