In hindsight, as a huge Star Trek fan, I probably should have stayed out of it. I was wrong when I accused him of only doing shows that paid him.
None the less, Mr. Shatner didn't have to be nasty with the podcaster requesting an interview or with Podcast legend Todd Cochrane. *note, Todd did not ask him to come on his show, he was rallying behind the podcaster that did ask.
Even today, in his profile pic, William Shatner simply states "no podcasts".
